Chad: FNE 2026 in Chad: Mobilization Around the National Job Fair

With the 2026 National Employment Fair (FNE) approaching, ONAPE is stepping up preparations for the event to ensure the best possible experience for job seekers and facilitate connections between them and employers.

As part of the preparations for the second edition of the National Employment Forum (FNE 2026), the vice chair of the organizing committee, who is also the director of ONAPE, Nassouradine Abakar Kessou, held a working session on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with members of the subcommittee in charge of the National Job Fair.

This meeting provided an opportunity to review the collection and processing of job postings, while establishing operational guidelines to ensure the event’s success and provide the best possible experience for job seekers.

Training in job search techniques (TRE), designed to better equip job seekers in their efforts and promote their entry into the workforce, was also a central focus of the discussions.

As the Forum’s opening approaches, the goal remains to ensure the National Job Fair is meticulously organized in order to facilitate connections between employers and job seekers.
