France/NOTE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENTS - Project Mindcraft - Publication of the France fact sheet

The Mindcraft project, led by the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR), aims to strengthen knowledge and skills in the area of decentralized cooperation at the European level.

It aims to collect, map, and analyze the decentralized cooperation practices of European local governments and their associations. Its objective is to produce reports and analyses at the national level in order to highlight best practices. The project also helps strengthen partnerships by supporting dialogue and coordination among the various partners, programs, and initiatives involved.
