The Train de Charlevoix is internationally recognized as one of the most beautiful train journeys in Canada. The British company Journeyscape has compiled a ranking of the 10 most beautiful scenic rail routes.

Le Train de Charlevoix features alongside The Canadian and Polar Bear Express.

Several criteria were taken into account: scenery, trip highlights, Internet searches, Instagram and TikTok posts and ratings on the TripAdvisor website.

Le Train de Charlevoix is the second most-searched route worldwide, with 196,500 searches between March 2025 and February 2026.
