The association ThéraPerche, Les soignants au service du territoire, founded by medical and paramedical professionals from the Pôle de Santé, is attracting new professionals.

The Pôle de Santé Libéral et Ambulatoire et multisites (PSLA) has given birth to the ThéraPerche association in 2025 to support the professionals of tomorrow. After just one year in operation, ThéraPerche is in top form.

Among the 41 medical and paramedical professionals who make up the PSLA - general practitioners, nurses, chiropodists, masseurs-kinesisithérapeutes, some accompany and support students who have been able to come to the area thanks to ThéraPerche. Marc Simon and Dr. Yann Le Floïc, both passionate about the challenges facing the profession, set up the association to attract students.

"The Swiss army knife of the group

Marc Simon, coordinator and director of the association, "I'm the Swiss Army knife of the group", launched ThéraPerche last April atan exceptional evening attended by over 120 elected representatives, healthcare professionals, freelancers, employees, working people and retirees. ThéraPerche, like the PSLA, is based on a triple A program : Welcome, with shared accommodation for students, welcome for locums and newcomers, Attractiveness, with a hub for innovation and clinical research, and Accompaniment.Accompaniment to help new professionals and students settle in", explains the alter ego of Yann Le Floïc, general practitioner and president of the association.

Three rooms and four beds

To accommodate the students, the two men have set up a three-bedroom, four-bed apartment, financed by private partners Crédit Agricole and Groupe Pasteur Mutualité. Today, "a general medicine intern and two physiotherapy students live on site, soon to be joined by a third. The intern follows the daily work of three medical professionals, including Yann Le Floïc," explains Marc Simon.

Maria and Robin are doing internships in Sablons-sur-Huisne and Ceton with their two physiotherapist referents, while Mathis will be moving to Bellême for a physiotherapy internship. "All three are students at the IFMK d'Alençon - IFRES de Normandie and benefit from hands-on immersion in a local practice".
