France/Deux-Sèvres: the Château du Coudray-Salbart welcomes the Rempart association
The Château du Coudray-Salbart, in Échiré, will host a stage of the Rempart association's annual congress on Saturday June 7, 2025. A repair workshop is also planned for Friday June 13, at the château's tavern.
On Saturday June 7, 2025, the Château du Coudray-Salbart, in Échiré, will welcome members of the Rempart union for a discovery stopover during their annual congress. It was in partnership with Rempart that the Amis du Coudray-Salbart association organized volunteer youth workcamps between 1978 and 2002.
A number of activities are planned: from 12 noon, a welcome reception will be held at the Château de la Taillée in Échiré. Then, at 2 p.m., a tour of Le Coudray-Salbart will take place.
The château tavern
On the evening of Friday June 13, 2025, in partnership with the YakaFokon association, YakaRéparer repairers will be setting up their toolboxes at the castle tavern. It's an opportunity to try your hand at repairing "a broken vacuum cleaner or a faulty toaster, while enjoying a convivial moment in the château's farmyard", explain the co-presidents in a press release.
