Call for tenders: Drafting of the "IFADEM 2025 progress report" strategy document
The Initiative francophone pour la formation à distance des maîtres (IFADEM) is taking another decisive step towards its next Steering Committee meeting in Dakar. On this occasion, a strategic document outlining progress for the period 2022-2025 is to be drawn up. OIF, AUF and IFEF are therefore launching a call for tender to select a service provider to design, write and reproduce this key report.
Background
Born of the 2006 Francophonie Summit, IFADEM is a joint initiative of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) and the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), implemented by the Institut de la Francophonie pour l'éducation et la formation (IFEF). For almost 20 years, it has been working to strengthen the skills of teachers and educational managers in teaching and in French, particularly in developing countries.
Based on the principle of tutored distance self-training, IFADEM incorporates pedagogical innovations and addresses cross-cutting themes such as gender equality and education for sustainable development. Looking ahead to 2025, the program is embarking on a new phase of reflection and development.
Consultation objective
As part of the preparations for the Steering Committee meeting scheduled to take place in Dakar on December 8, 2025, we plan to produce a strategic document entitled "IFADEM 2025 Progress Report". This report should present, in a clear and attractive manner, the results achieved, the challenges encountered and the outlook for the program over the period February 2022 - November 2025.
Expected deliverables
The selected contractor will be responsible for :
- Design, write and layout the "IFADEM 2025 Progress Report" strategy document, based on existing resources and guidance provided by stakeholders;
- Decline the document in electronic and paper formats;
- Print 500 copies.
Profile required
The candidate must have the following skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic document writing and professional graphic design (examples of achievements are required);
- Solid experience in institutional communications, ideally in the field of education;
- Proficiency in page layout tools (InDesign, Canva, etc.);
- Excellent command of the French language.
