Morocco-INDH/Taourirt: 78 projects approved for more than 9 MDH

The Taourirt Provincial Committee for Human Development (CPDH), meeting on Wednesday, approved 78 projects with a total budget of around 9.96 million dirhams (MDH), as part of the "Improving income and economic inclusion of young people" program of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH).

At the meeting, chaired by the Governor of Taourirt Province, Larbi Touijer, committee members examined and approved 73 INDH projects under the entrepreneurship axis, at a cost of over 7.46 MDH, and 5 projects under the "social and solidarity economy" axis (over 1.63 MDH).

The meeting was also an opportunity to approve the training plan for 2023, as well as to review the INDH projects that have been programmed and carried out for 2023.

To be precise, 90 projects have been carried out, spread over the four programs of the 3rd phase of theINDH (2019-2023), requiring an estimated investment of over 25.5 MDH, with the Initiative contributing around 24.8 MDH.

On this occasion, Mr.Touijer highlighted the major projects completed under the 3rd phase of the INDH, in particular the reinforcement of infrastructures, mother and child health, the promotion of schooling and the improvement of the quality of life.child health, the promotion of schooling and pre-schooling in rural areas, the fight against precariousness, the improvement of income, as well as support for start-ups and income-generating projects.
