Call for projects of the FECODD programme: Training Education Skills and Sustainable Development Goals

Published on 12/03/2021 | La rédaction

The FECODD program (Education, Competence and Sustainable Development Objectives) 2021, a program in which the CPU is a partner, is launching a call for projects. This call is addressed to teachers, project leaders on the Transition in Universities, but also to students for the presentation of projects or courses covering the period from September 2020 to June 2021.

This call for projects is addressed to all those who teach and train in sustainable development, trainers (from primary and secondary education to higher education, to colleagues in the associative sector, in local authorities and in public and private companies), teacher-researchers, project leaders dealing with training and education issues related to sustainable development, as well as students and even younger people (eco-delegates, associations, etc.).This call for projects is open to all those who teach and train in sustainable development, trainers (from primary and secondary schools to higher education, colleagues from associations, local authorities and public and private companies), teacher-researchers, project leaders dealing with training and education issues related to sustainable development, as well as students and even younger people (eco-delegates, associations). This call for French-speaking projects is of interest to countries in both the North and the South. We will favour entries by the objectives (SDO) and/or by the skills linked to SD

Citizen initiatives are flourishing in their diversity and a multitude of mechanisms already exist. It is not a question of replacing or competing with existing mechanisms, which all have their relevance, but of bringing them together in their diversity and richness by providing added value within the framework of the FECODD programme.

What is the added value?

This call for projects should enable colleagues who have been involved in the FECODD project this year or in the past, to use the FECODD tools made available, to experiment with them during the period between February 2021 and June 2021. It should also allow colleagues or groups of colleagues, students or independent citizens to integrate FECODD approaches in their own current or ongoing projects. It is also possible to experiment with one's own tools using the reading frameworks proposed in the FECODD programme or in other frameworks combining the SDGs and competency-based approaches to sustainable development. In this way, it is possible to experiment with one's own tools using the reading frameworks proposed in the FECODD programme or in other frameworks associating the SDOs and the competency-based approaches related to Sustainable Development, in fields as varied as classes, school projects, a training course or a specific teaching module, an ongoing project, etc.

Several types of support are proposed:

  • Provision of FECODD tools.
  • Group support seminars between March and June 2021.
  • Individual follow-up of your projects by a small FECODD/RéUniFEDD4 "Certification" FECODD steering group. (Co-construction with the participants from the criteria indicated on the site)
