The Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires and Régions de France, in partnership with the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, are pleased to invite you to the Interreg 2021 - 2027 National Seminar: Intensifying cooperation between territories on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Hôtel de Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur in Marseille.

With over 150 participants expected, this event will bring together players in European territorial cooperation and cross-border territories for constructive exchanges and debates on the challenges and main directions of the 22 Interreg programs open to French partners.exchanges and constructive debates on the challenges and main orientations of the 22 Interreg 2021-2027 programs open to French partners, with a total ERDF allocation of nearly €3.2 billion.

INTERREG 2021 - 2027

There are 22 programs and 3.2 billion euros available for French operators and eligible territories to cooperate.

  • 7 cross-border programs can be mobilized for projects involving neighboring operators on either side of a land or sea border.
  • 7 transnational programs bring together operators from several regions within an identified European area
  • 4 Overseas programs bring together EU and non-EU partners on one or more land borders or large regional areas outside the European Union.
  • 3 inter-regional / pan-European cooperation programs, Interreg-Europe and Urbact, enable the exchange of experience and best practice with partners throughout the European Union.
  • The ESPON program produces EU-wide data, studies and analyses on territorial development.
