France/Le Tréhou. The commune has increased its financial reserves

Thanks to an increase in operating revenue, the financial situation of the commune of Le Tréhou (Finistère) is clearly improving.

The municipal council of Le Tréhou(Finistère), on Tuesday 14 March 2023, was devoted to the finances of the commune, in the presence of Hervé Fayolle, advisor to local decision-makers at the Treasury.

Single financial account 2022

It replaces the administrative and management accounts voted in previous years. Presented by Jacques Baron, deputy in charge of finance, the single financial account (CFU) of the commune showed an operating surplus of €89,592 and an investment surplus of €25,044 in 2022.

Hervé Fayolle notes an increase in the amount of the commune's reserves, notably with a 23% increase in operating revenue. 2023 budget

The 2023 budget was presented by the mayor, Joël Cann.

The operating section was voted in surplus, i.e. €555,550 in expenditure and €556,224 in revenue.

The investment section, also voted in surplus, provides for 286,489 € in expenditure and 288,042 € in revenue.

The new investment expenditures are oriented towards the development of the town center and the finalization of the renovation projects of the daycare center, the kanndi and the erasing of the networks, on the road to Tréflévénez.

Taxation

The rates are maintained in 2023 at 14.53% for the housing tax (secondary housing), at 35.33% for the property tax (built properties) and at 37.60% for non-built properties.

Various

The road to Bodénan is renamed road to Mein-Glas.

The elected representatives, unanimously, voted a vow of support for the defense of the Landerneau hospital, whose current operation and future are seriously threatened.
