"We are in a very important sector. Without energy in a University, where do we go? That is why, Mr. Minister, the winning trilogy is very important. You are the first to take this step. Others will follow. I am sure of it. I salute once again the relevance of this initiative," said Minister Éléonore YAYI LADÉKAN.

"We have a clear objective, it is to do everything to make available the skills of good level in our country. Beyond that, our responsibility leads us to work together to provide educational tools, tools for sustainable transformation of our energy system in Benin," said Dona Jean-Claude HOUSSOU.

In just a few months, concrete results have been obtained thanks to the winning trilogy. It has allowed the signing of 23 partnership contracts between the structures, the reception of 236 trainees, the creation of 50 jobs and the gradual improvement of the climate of trust between partners in the sector.

From March 24, 2022 to June 22, 2022, there was a 93% increase in the number of agreements submitted for signature, a 76% increase in the number of agreements signed, a 218% increase in the number of trainees received, and an increase in the number of jobs created.increase in the number of trainees received, more than 937% increase in the number of exchanges between partners and more than 1233% increase in the number of exchanges having led to a concrete result. This is the proof of the relevance of this initiative whose act 6 is announced for September 2022.
