It is a first in Hérouville-Saint-Clair. The soccer club and the École de la deuxième chance (E2C) signed a partnership agreement last Friday.

The school's president, Rodolphe Thomas, who is also the mayor of Hérouville, explains: This is the first E2C partnership with a sports association. It was set up thanks to Kris Delange, a relay adult at SCH Foot.

The agreement is signed for a period of one year. It establishes the respective obligations of both parties. For the club, it will involve, for example, welcoming young people for internships, being a relay for the E2C's teaching team, guiding young people, and offering civic service recruitment," says Mohamed Belouadani, president of the soccer club.

For its part, the E2C is committed to participating in sports events organized by the club, co-organizing actions, and offering young people who are interested in sports jobs the opportunity to spend time in the club.

As a reminder, the E2C is an association-school that deals with the social and professional integration of young adults from 16 to 29 years old, who have left the educational system without diplomas.
